To report your absence, use the SpeedAdmin app. Download it from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Then log in with BankID (guardian or adult over 18 years). You may need to search for "Malmö Musikskola AB" as your school, before you can log in.

Once in the app, click on the "Schedule" tab at the bottom and then click on the class date you wish to report an absence for:

After clicking on the desired lesson to report absence for, you will see the button "Report absence":

You will then need to give a short reason for your absence, and finally click on "Report absence" at the top right:

Now it's done! Both you and the teacher will be notified directly by email, and your absence will be automatically registered in your profile.

Cancellation and rescheduling rules:

If you have not notified your cancellation at least 24 hours before the agreed lesson time, the lesson is always counted as used even in case of absence.

If you have signed up for our "no commitment" plan and you need to cancel an appointment, you can do so free of charge up to 3 weeks before your appointment, then you do this to bookings@malmomusikskola.se.1

If you have a 12-month commitment period , you are also entitled to reschedule up to 6 lessons/year up to 24 hours before the agreed lesson time. You do this via the SpeedAdmin app that you download to your iOS or Android. Note! This must be done via your mobile phone with BankID, ie cannot be done via the browser.

Please note that there is no refund of the canceled lesson.

  1. In case of later cancellation/absence notification than 3 weeks before the agreed time, the lesson is considered used.
