CANCELLATION OF LESSONS

Lessons canceled by students are not reimbursed.

Lessons canceled by the school or the teacher are offered a replacement lesson during the same semester.

STEAMING COURSE

Your right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you are withdrawing from the contract.
